The transguy guide to transformation.

Thank you inquiring mind for the support. I feel very humbled so many of you guys see such a progress, especially since most of you are beastly.

And while you are here I just wanted to say that I am keeping you and your family in my thoughts. And I'm wishing you nothing but victory and happiness during your hard time.

Thank you dear. I appreciate the kind words.

week 4 almost in the books.

the ball is really starting to roll as far as the AAS is concerned. feeling great on testosterone and primo. strength is going up and up while calories are low, so i know it’s working well. planning on getting bloodwork in the next few weeks, i’ll post it up.

this morning:

Your back width to hip ratio has really improved. Excited to see what the next 4 weeks bring you.

I am also a transman i just started my 2nd cycle recently although i know im under dosing but im going to start dosing correctly to see what this tren does last cycle i needed to bulk and had a good exp with deca 250

Week five almost done! Wow, these weeks have flown for real. Amazing how time goes when you're staying on track.

Weight is 164 lb, fat is still shedding off, diet has not changed, still eating plenty and not suffering or starving.

I'm seeing some muscle gain in the upper body but sometimes it's a head trip for sure because I want to see more size! But I keep in mind that right now I am not bulking and I am in a deficit of calories, so that just isn't entirely possible. Needless to say once this recomp is successful I can't wait to bulk up and add mass.

Happy Friday gentlemen.

You've actually got a bicep Peak going on in that right arm or maybe it's your left arm since it's in the mirror I don't know but that's pretty cool.
How is your girlfriend responding to these changes? Does she like the newly added muscle? Is she vegan also? If so that's got to help you out a lot with your diet having a partner that cooks the same as you.

Thank you, sir, And that makes me happy Cause I’m working hard for it.

My fiance is also vegan, she was the one that introduced me. Although we eat totally different at the moment since we are both trying to look good for the wedding. She's a raw vegan and eats uncooked things before 5 pm, (salads, smoothies, a small truck load of fruit etc etc) and I’m eating mostly protein processed vegan bullshit and other basic bodybuilder foods. So right now we are both mainly just cooking for ourselves which is actually great because it's nice to just focus on yourself for a bit.

But generally speaking yes, and she’s an awesome cook and makes dinner every night. And I’ll incorporate my proteins around whatever she makes.

That's awesome, is great to go through life with a partner that supports you and how's your back. Congrats on the engagement. What do you eat for the bulk of your protein being a vegan? I know in another thread we were talking about meat like options? But it did not have the texture of meat.

i didn't realize CT was vegan. i must of missed that.

@chocolatethunder & @Morefyah , i had chicken/turkey twice in the past week in many years. my stomach feels like i drank to much without the spins. weird and painful feeling.

@Rockclimber , most vegan protein comes from rice w/bean, soy, vital wheat gluten, nuts

Damn you sparks and your meat eating ass. Glad you got the shits!!

Just kidding :p that sucks your stomach is not reacting well to the animal protein, I’m curious why that is? It’s just a little bit of turkey and chicken, very weird.

I was vegetarian for 8 years before I turned 18, one day me and my girl went to a very fancy asian restaurant and they had steak pieces on these burning hot rocks that came out raw, and you cooked them to your liking. Needless to say we ordered that and I died and went to heaven. I thought my stomach would be awful but nope, not a thing, no reaction at all.

You’ll have to try some red meat and experiment, hopefully you’ll figure it out if you’re goal is to consume more animal protein.

Vegan for three years brother :D
