I know I've said this already but you really have a solid foundation for your goals of bodybuilding. I didn't see much difference in your 1 week progress other than some additional beard growth but really you won't start to see results until week 4 as we all know. Glad to see you're taking this so seriously!

By the way your name absolutely cracks me up. I work with an ex NFL football player employee who is a huge black male. I hired him to be the corporate driver and his street name is chocolate thunder LOL I haven't told him about you but I'm sure he would get a good laugh out of that.

haha the “beard” is just a chin strap. my facial hair seems to be taking very long to grow in but it’s getting there. idk if higher levels of testosterone will make it grow faster? we’ll see...

sitting at 165lb, down a few lbs. diet is dialed in but atlas doesn’t have me starving which is nice.

what’s up meso! been killing the past few weeks. i have everything dialed in like clock work, no skipped days, no cheat meals, no excuses or bullshit. just putting in that work! i’m gonna take some comparisons after work but here’s a little arm day pump because if you don’t post a photo, it didn’t happen! ;)

week three in the books gentlemen. i am extremely happy with the results thus far.

lots of fat shedding off my lower back, hips, and trunk. my gut seems to be a little more stubborn but i’m confident it will go with time, especially since i’ve only been on the clen and t3 for a couple weeks. i won’t say the doses but @Atlas_Physiques doesn't have me on any high at all. results are the diet being perfect, and a little cardio. everything is being adjusted as needed which is great.

i need some new pants ! damn jeans are sliding right off if i don’t wear a belt lol.

today will be my first cheat meal actually for my birthday. extra fuel for this upcoming weeks workouts, hell yeah

Very happy with your results! I appreciate you noting the drug usage is very low, I would say lower than 90% of most people here would use, if not lower. The fact is, the diet and training are doing the work, the drugs are just an added bonus. Mix all three elements together, and now we have the ideal scenario for maximum results!

couldn’t say it better pus, it’s the prime example that you can’t just come here and load up on gear and get results. i think a lot of folks join meso just to get gear and blast away without having diet and training dialed.

It’s true. Honestly, it is ALSO true that you can take a shit load of drugs and have results. But, why? I get that it seems easier or “that’s what the pros do”, etc etc.... Nonethless diet and smart training will safely take you further.
