Get her some of these resistance bands for some super good butt workouts. I made a program for my girl, upper lower 4x per week total. Hypertrophy focused and periodized for progressive overload. Starts out at higher rep and works up in weight and down in rep with a deload every 7th week. She has been lifting for years, but pretty much just doing the same stuff, she doesn't get sore anymore and I have been telling her she needs to switch up her exercises and whatnot, so finally she took my offer for me to make her a program to follow.
I have her doing weights for Day 1 lower then a couple sets of squats and lunges for day 3 lower, then she goes to 2 or 3 circuits of this:

By the end her ass is burning like is hasn't burned in years LOL. She's loving it. I got her these to do the circuit with:

Then for the upper days it is standard stuff, bench presses, OHPs, some arm stuff. Not focusing much on back because she was a gymnast and can already do like 20 pullups and has a really nice figure up top already, not trying to grow her back and more. She does some DB rows once per week but that's about it for back (other than deadlifts).
She hasn't broached the topic of PEDs yet at all, I doubt my girl would ever be interested. She really doesn't need it anyway, she eats enough protein and really isn't trying to be huge.
For your wife I would say to hold off on any PEDs for a good while yet. She can go really far with just a solid lifting program and proper diet. It might be worth getting her a baseline hormone panel, just so you know where she is at. Then in the future, maybe a couple years down the road, she could do some anavar at 5mg per day or maybe even some Ostarine or something. I just read a site that claims primo can work well for women, but I have no idea if it's true. Perhaps check out the steroidsxx subreddit for info on women and AAS.
