Have you eaten above your TDEE aka bulking while on tren and still got shredded?
I have not. I cannot comment on regards to tren and bulking. However, I will be able to tell you more in 15 weeks! The tren/test/mast/anadrol/insulin protocol I'll be running then should reveal what an above maintence diet will turn out with on tren..and mast...and the others lol.

UPDATE. Taking the next 3 days off. Doctor said it's basically the flu. Still shoving food down my throat. At 206lbs right now so up 5lbs from my starting point of 201. Everything will be in the system in about 3 weeks and the true magic will begin. Thinking this may be my last run with dbol - these next 2 weeks after Monday will decide.
 
Okay- I'm back, I think. I came down with an illness the doctor described to me : basically the flu but not the flu, basically strep but not strep... so, after 5 days off and antibiotics - I'm ready to kill it today. I continued taking my dbol and cialis daily, just to keep my levels high. God I love cialis.

I'll weigh in on Christmas Eve. Holy shit, who's ready for the holidays? I've got all my shopping done now, and I can finally say I'm relaxed and ready for the whole family to be together. One big giant feast.. and of course 20 of us piled into moms living room.

Today's workout will be chest. Anyone wanna join? Feel free.

Cable chest Press 4x15 (warmup superset)
Machine rear delt fly 4x15 (warmup superset)
^ perform the chest press light, just pump some blood. Same with the delt flyes.

High Incline DB bench 2x15 - 2x10 - 4x8
^^ When doing these, you want to track these weekly and use this protocol on every first chest day. Do 2 sets of 15, really light. Then do say 2 sets of 10 with 70lb dumbbells. Now, when it's 4x8 you want to find a weight that's struggling to do your finally 8 on. For example. I would go straight to 105s for 4 sets and try to get 8 on every set. If I failed to get 8 on the last set, I do the same thing next Monday. After I get 8 on all sets, the following week I go up 5lbs I weight. For example, 3 weeks ago I was 105x8,8,7,5 - I passed that up a week ago and got 105x8 for 4 sets. Last week I even passed up 110x8 for 4 sets. So now, I'm on to the 115s for 4 sets of 8.

High Incline DB flyes 5x10 (stretch @ bottom)
These reps should take you about 3 seconds a piece, really try to tear some shit.

Machine Cable Presses 4x10-12 (angled down)
Simple. When doing these angle the hands slightly from parallel to below the chest. Bring palms touching at end. Squeeze!

Tricep push down 5x15
^ for this use 2 handles and attach them to the pulley. I like the 2 separate handles a lot more than a rope.

Superset: Pec dec flyes 4x12 (pump these out)
Superset: reverse pushdowm (ez bar) 4x15

Superset: dip machine chest Press 4x15-20
Superset: dips 4xAMRAP
^ dip machine Press: find the assisted dip machine, put your handles high up on the knee pad and close together, angle your back and Press them as if it's an incline Press. One of my favorite finishers.

t's your lucky day if you haven't trained back yet this week, here's a workout you'll love to hit!! Plateau buster . Machine Rear delt flyes grip variation - 2x30 2x20
Angled dual handle cable row - 2x15 2x10 4x8
(Work with the sets- elevate your self on a seated cable row machine.. first 2 sets easy, second two moderate but easy... the last 4. Pick a weight you know you can get 2 sets of 8 for. You should fail your 1 or 2 on the third, and fail the same or more by the fourth. Every week work towards completing the same weight for all 4 sets. Once you hit the target- go up one notch in weight and restart)
Machine variation row 4x30
(Switch the grips every 15 reps)
Rack pulls 4x12
(Pump these out)
Ss1: lat pull down 3x8-12
Ss1: straight arm pull down
Ss2: bicep bb curls 6x15-20
Ss2: db rear delt fly 6x8-10
Ss3: bicep spider ez bar 5x8-10
Ss3: bicep DB cross body 5x12-15

Good news. Some measurements for ya!

12.24 : all cold measurements

Weight: 213lbs
Waist: 31.5 inches
Wrist: 6 3/4 inches
Bicep flexed: hair under 17 inches
Ankles: 9 inches
Calves: 16.2 inches
Upper mid quad flexed: 24 inches
Chest: 48.5inches (under armpits and around)
Shoulder: 23" from delt to delt

Anyone like to compare? Neat, haven't done full measurements forever.
 
You look like a pro bodybuilder! Are you still staying in the physiques or going IFBB or NPC?
Far from that, but thanks my man. Physique class is a class of NPC and IFBB I'm just a novice which is NPC. IFBB is what I'm shooting for, but to be honest with you that's a long time down the road. I'm just trying to keep up with the guys my age.
