I'm fighting for my quads to work for me. (Right quad to be exact, left is handling 500mg no problem) right quad bust out like this every time.

Okay. Weight is at 212 as of this morning. Back down a bit from Christmas and feeling better with where I'm at. The quad is still a bitch, it's actually formed a small abscess but it's nothing I can't get rid of through rubbing it out. Thanks to @Eman and @GearGodess for keeping me sane.

- my strength is down a bit from feeling like shit these past two weeks, my workouts haven't been top of the itch-but a workout is better than no workout.

I know I know.. I've been trying to get to the bottom of that. Did a turn of rolling this quad at work.. it feels better and the lump is actually down if not gone. Heat for 1-2hours tonight. Doctors tomorrow.. sick of being sick and aching and problems.
 
Haha. I've been out of the gym past two days due to being sick and not being able to walk. (Fuck you can quads)


But- I found a picture of me before I started to lift. I mean, before I was even busted. The top left picture was back in my dealing days, I was looking at the picture and a couple of things came to mind. The discussion of genetics has been talked about a lot lately, and I liked this picture because it gave me more drive.

In the picture, I have a tight waist, still have abs, I even have some small pecs, and my delts were there as well. The picture was me at about 128lbs eating whatever the hell and doing whatever the hell came to mind. No weights or anything, but structure was still there. Thought I'd share that along with the progress of where I am now in a bit over 2 years. Notice the necklace in the top left picture, how it's hanging.. compared to now. Haha. Anyways, think I'll hit an arm session today in the gym. Hopefully. Wish me luck!

NewSmall things to clear...

Every shot I've had terrible PIP from. I'm not sure what this is. The sources message to me basically said that they're unable to say what solvents was used to brew my blend. Granted, there could have been a few things along the way I could take responsibility for..maybe such as not using a long enough pin in my quads, ect.. but, I didn't have the problem until switching.

My weight keeps fluctuating from 215-209 right now. I don't like excess water so when I get up quick in weight I'll often cut back and deplete water for a day. I want the scale to go up, but water doesn't impress me.

It's been 10 days since my last glute shot and it's just now able to pin.. the gear just isn't acting well with me. So, I went into the pecs for the first time. Not too bad at all, like a bad DOMS. The shot was done Friday and it was virgin muscles so 500mg a piece of oil was put into them. They're not terrible but I definitely couldn't train chest tomorrow. Maybe not even Thursday.

On the "training" part of things...

Body was too sore to hit anything. The pectoral shots has limited me to not hitting back nor chest. Along with my quad shots from 2 weeks ago which still HAVE NOT recovered.

So, I went on to hit arms. ON THE BRIGHT SIDE.. This Monday arm day kind of gave me a little bit of an idea. My arms are never fully getting worked when working throughout sets during chest or back, or even on " arm days " later in the week. Today I really had a great arm workout, was fresh, and my body and CNS was rested. It honestly may be something I'll incorporate more. Arms on Monday, legs on Tuesday, chest on Wednesday, back on Thursday, shoulders on Friday? Idk. My training is always something jumbled, but it works.
Still haven't followed the JM plan due to not being able to hit what's needed to be hit on certain day due to PIP. Trust me, I'm no bitch. I tried pushing through it, it just cannot happen.

Low cable Rows 4x8 then try the weight heavier than the heaviest you've done for 6-8 reps for the most reps possible.
85x8 125x8 185x8 225x8 265x4

Incline pendlay row drop set
6 25lb plates on a stationary row with feet elevated. 6 reps of 150, 6 of 125, 6 of 100, 6 of 75, 6 of 50, 6 of 25. Touch the 25s to the chest, let the weight touch the floor. 3 sets. (I failed my last set on 25lbs with the 4th rep.

Close grip lat pulldowns
(Not sure of weight here-only PIN number)
8x20 12x8 14x8 16x6 18x7 (busted a nut for 7)

Machine Rear delt fly variation
Lying with clavicles in pad 3x20-25
Sitting away from pad and moving back to contract (almost like the traps are doing it) 3x20-25

Close grip straight arm pull down
(Not sure of weight again, just pins)
(Lean over about 60 degrees, arch back, take arms up over chest and back down to hips then squeeze the traps and lats)
6x15 8x12 8x10 7x15

I've been treating this like a recomp at first. I have a thing where I gain weight too quick then cut it back. I mean I've always done it, so I continue doing it. I just wish I could put in my head " full on bulk " reaching 230 is going to be super hard if I keep gaining 10 cutting 7 and keeping 3 at a time.

What's up! Hope everyone's off to a kick ass week. Things are in gear on this end!

Nothing crazy has been happening. Just eating a bit over maintenance and letting everything do its thing. Coming into week 7 I believe out of a 12 week cycle. This is usually where the most noticeable differences begin. I can definitely tell I'm ON.

On a good note, started anadrol today @ 75mg PWO - going back on the insulin protocol coming tomorrow as well to finish out the next 4 weeks with. I like running the insulin with my orals PWO.

BOOM. Fucking anadrol hit me like a brick. Fuck dbol, if you got it, pour it out or feed it to the dog. Anadrol is my new best friend. The pumps after 1 day of 1 hour PWO were amazing. Let's see if it puts maybe 2lbs of muscle on me. That would be awesome.

Anyways, back tomorrow. I did arms today. Let's roll. 18.7" PUMPED

That's awesome bro that really inspires me. I'm a hard gainer right now I'm trying to get my diet and exercise tuned in . Not on anything besides TRT. Just trying to learn as much as I can and get big. I will be following this. Thanks for doing a log.
