I have a fantastic job opportunity coming up for me in CHarlotte North Carolina. It will be a nice salary increase for me and my company is willing to pay for the transfer. I wanted to know if the salary increase is worth giving up what I my area gives me.
Pro's - Lower cost of living , friendlier atmosphere, less stresss overall (compared to NYC/north NJ), weather is'nt as extreme (especially winter),cheaper insurance. and all the other stuff u people know it offers
Cons- All things "I think" NC lacks as far as compared to NYC (arts, diversity, opportunities, social atmosphere, hot women
,clubs/bars, the competition, and nyc attitude
and all the other stuff u people know it offers
Any of you fellas from NYC/NJ/CT transfer or make the move down south?
If you have express your opinions if you have made the right decision.
For all the locals from NC how is life down there?
