What happened? Posted regularly in QSC’s thread, no spamming and all the sudden I get this message. “This message is awaiting moderator approval, and is invisible to normal visitors.“

I’ve recently had a post disappear on the steroid forum that had me scratching my head.
I’m sure your issue stems from your new profile.
It wasn't waiting for moderator approval very long because you quickly deleted.
If you want it to be approved, don't delete it.
I don't recall yours. There was a troll that post several dozen posts in the past 24 hours. Perhaps yours was removed because it was in reply to a troll. I don't know.
We ask for your patience with the AI auto-moderation feature. It is not perfect although shows some utility at helping identify troll behavior and preventing flame wars from escalating. It has also been helpful at preventing active links to ecommerce-enabled website domains and third-party app sales channels.
Keep in mind that if you respond to trolls by quoting them or quote prohibited links, your posts might also be flagged regardless of the content of your reply.
We continue to ask the community to report such issues. However, community support has been lacking so we must rely on additional AI tools in the absence of a moderation team.

I appreciate the reply, Millard. That makes a lot of sense, especially with a thread like QSC’s. I did notice someone was spamming QSC with random posts and I did report him after seeing few odd postings. Hoping I’m all good to go going foward.
Just remember that it is not necessary to delete your post if it is delayed due to auto-moderation when there is no obvious reason for it. The auto-moderation is far from perfect. Most auto-moderated posts ended up being approved.

Got it! I won’t delete it next time. I appreciate your time and thank you for explaining the process.
Just a point of clarification for the sake of accuracy. The trolling was directed at other members and related or towards the vendor.

Like your messages would ever need moderation.
Not in a million years would you ever attempt on purpose inadvertently to trigger it with controversial content.
