Thoughts on creatine?

Ive taken creatine for 5 days and dont know if Im trippin but my strength and endurance has gone up off cycle. Crazy shit

I usually start noticing that too within a week or 2.

What kind do you have and how much have you been taking?
 
I was always told/read that the use of creatine while on cycle was redundant. What are you guys thoughts on this?

Not necessarily although it's benefits will be overshadowed by the gear. Increases in protein synthesis normally also increase synthesis of creatine phosphate. How much I'm not sure but with creatine being as cheap as it is it can be worth experimenting to see if you see added benefits.
