I take 10-20g in wo days only
That's a little much don't you think?
Only need 5g a day to stay saturated once creatine levels build up.
I usually start noticing that too within a week or 2.
What kind do you have and how much have you been taking?
I was always told/read that the use of creatine while on cycle was redundant. What are you guys thoughts on this?
