Tight Biceps

I get to the point at failure during bench presses and tricep dips my bicep tightens and stops me continuing. It happens with high weights or high reps. My bicep fails before I can get a pump or burn in the chest or tricep areas.

The tightness is around the top of the bicep into the front deltoid.

I realise this is a sign my biceps or delts are too weak. Can anyone help me with the correct exercises to overcome this tightness?

That sounds more like front delts bro. I personally don't like training shoulders so sometimes I will not give my shoulder routine all I should. I'm lucky to have naturally strong shoulders though so it doesn't effect my bench.

I would make sure you aren't "skimping" on shoulders, also you may need to start doing more incline bench press, with dumbells as well as barbell.
