I agree about the ignorance surrounding aas ... But as far as giving people false and inaccurate hopes I don't care much for the human race . Personally I like dogs and other animals much more . People generally don't ask me with any seriousness how to get big - because we all know they ain't about this life . Come an goers .
Now if I knew someone that was really training and doing it right , someone I could see myself in, sure than id point them in a direction - but I'm not holding my breath to meet someone like that.
As I said I'm pretty unappproachle people usually avoid me , I suspect for a cple reasons lol
 
went to bed around 202.. yeah buddy. woke up 198 . thats with stuffing the fuck out of my face, till i drag ass around the house with a belly ache. hopefully my stomach gets used to this routine. same shit this am.. 5 scrambed eggs, and oatmeal, off to the gym to kill shoulders.. and now back home

looked like this
smith machine shoulder press, 5-6 sets
push presses in the squat rack 5 sets
front shoulder raises
latteral raises
rear delt flys
some situps on the ab machine..
my shoulders burn like a mother fucker from this workout.. its a good burn...

yeah i figured.. Just keep eating away.. I know its worth it if i can squeeze a cple more final #s of muscle out this cycle. .

gunna be flying out for the weekend to see some fam. . since i leave on Fri am early, and will miss my eod routine till monday night, ill take some AI fri am, and i think 150mgprop, 150mgprop , and 600 mg te.. maybe i wont go quite that high... somewhere in the middle, hell ill be back mon night.. no gym where im staying so im gunna do friday back day tommorrow, as tommorow is normally my rest day at the gym (lowback, calf, abs)..

ill also miss sunday chest day, and mon arms. maybe itll be a nice little recovery break.
 
Just got back from Back day. threw in full arms right behind it.. blown up from traps to tris.. went for 2hours in there today knowing i have a full weekend off.

went to bed at 204 woke up around 196. quite the swing, but i piss least 6x a night. but shit is working its way up there on the scale..

hitting a 2lb chicken salad post workout right now, and stuffing my face with greek yogurt, and a 16oz milk ./protien shake.
 
Yes sir yes sir... Finished up with a workout this morning, chest/tris, drank a shake and ate a 6 egg omelette with goat cheese and steel oats, then got a haircut. Got some errands to run and its date night tonight with the wife. Good day so far brotha! You're eatin strong man!! Always good to see
 
i have a scale at my gym, so while i cant track my evening weight like i do at home, im ocd, dude i weigh in after every bite of food. hehee. its on.
 
I was exactly 200 while in nike runs, and a tang and shorts this am at the gym, so probably 197/98. just ate jimmy johns again, love there sandwhiches, weighted with shoes 202.6
 
Hit 3cc in my glute this am.. i think ima repeat tommorrow since ill be tied up for a few days..

gunna grab a rental car when i fly into my distination tommorrow... i think ima rent something nice.. any recommendations
 
the GF says it has to be fuel effecient .. I almost lost it , but caved in.. we will see. fuck.

Just ate last meal of 6oz chicken breast , and two pieces of cornbread with a bit of honey.. and bbq sauce..

I should add, that farts with this kind of food consumption are vicious right now. I feel for anyone down wind of this ass.. phew.

think ill grab my first muslce man magizine in years at the airport..
 
wow these farts are coming in waves .. my dogs dont have shit on this stank. man my girl and kid have to sit next to me all day on the plane tommorrow lol
 
My wife tells me that I smell toxic, like an animal crawled up in me an died. I ask her if she would rather have a man with smelly farts and big muscles or some puny fuck who has farts that smell like muffins. SOMETIMES she doesn't have an answer. She gets superrrrr pissed at me, especially in the middle of the night, hahahahaha
 
Airport security walked up on us in security and told me I light get thru security here but elsewhere carryin these guns would be prohibited . So funny nice to get the recognition
