thanks Northern, yeah i need to find better setting to take pics.. .there either done in gym locker room bathroom, classic gym selfie, or in a disheveled bathroom or bedroom around here. need to do a few pics outside or something.. yeah my place is messy right now..

@ greatwhite, man im trying, hope all the forcefeading is doing something.. shit even if i gain 1 pound of muscle to the right area itll be worth it. I may try to drop the NPP at week 8-9 and switch for some Tren cut mix.. not sure.. itll be yet another order, but fuck it im worth it
 
personally , i think your photo at 193 looks far better...just my opinion...you look damn shredded at 193...

i agree, but shit if i can sqeeze out some extra muscle with some bulking, i should be able to cutt back down easy with cardio.. but yes i feel bloated and am, for all the eating im doing bro.. and who knows maybe my e2 is out of control , ill know very soon. im only taking minimum ai right now..

remember as i said, i was working construction 5 days a week during that cycle, and running 1 mile every day before lifting on a 5 day split. insured my leaness..

now .. im watching my son, smoking herb, hanging out at home.. no cardio, just intense lifting 6 day a week. . ive watched my subq fat shoot up.. no doubt.. im eating like a horse. im also having the opportunity to nap, which is great i feel post workouts.. eating great.. my fridge / freezer would make you want to slap your mama. 400 ew $ right now eating large and good..

$400 a week? WTF are you eating? I only spend $200 and thats for all of my family. I crush 4,500-5,000 cals a day
 
Compared to you im a fat fuck but that dont get me down.There's a time and place for every thing. I dont like to be lean unless im big. Being super lean is my natural body type so I know I can always revert back. Yes I want my six pack like you but ill never make that trade in place of big powerful delts, chest and legs and 18" arms for starters. One then the other. In that order. Use it as motivation to get bigger cuz if you dont look impressive in regular clothes then your not quite there. Now go kill it
 
im gunna look ridiculous if i can get another 1 1/2 '' to my arm and get to 18.. i might be closer to 17s honestly at this point.. id have to get a MYO tape to be exact
 
I'm about the same weight, and I find it's hard to pack anymore on. No matter what i do. I think the heaviest I've been was 212 and that was after eating every hour. Your in great shape tile. Looks your bf is super low and your probably strong as a ox. Keep up the hard work bro.
 
@tileguy123 ... Yep, I jumped on that NPP and I'm loving every minute of it! Running around 300 ew but thinking of jumping up for a few weeks once I get this estrogen under control ... Prop makes it harder for me to manage my E2 but it keeps the water retention down so for me its worth the hassle.

I gotta agree with @gr8whitetrukker ... Don't bail, your bulking up nicely! Keeping it going.

And yes ... The blood chick wants to fuck!

Thanks Pmac, yeah bro its hard for my frame to carry more, but i can see if i could go quadzilla on that ass, i could put on ten easy, probably carry 215-220 but i think itll take a few years to get there idk..

Yeah that NPP has been awesome thus far for me all the normal aches seem gone. . strenght on slam . hit chest today, and havent flat benched for a minute, it went like this
135 x 20
225 x 8
255 x 8
275 x 8
135 x 20
then db incline presses, chest flys, smith machine incline, so 15 more sets there. . plus some tri work, feeling blown up..
 
@tileguy123 nice chest day man!! It feels good when all those damn aches and pains are a thing of the past! I'm not brave enough to go heavy on chest just yet ... Mentaly I'm locked in on incline DB's and cables. Maybe after I get my HCG going and get my balls back I'll give it a go. Lol
 
I only go as heavy as I can control for 2-3 seconds down and 2-3 seconds up and with a full stretch in the down position. Does it compromise how much weight i can use. Yes. But hypertrophy is the goal so time under tension is key. Repping big weights out in turbo fashion might make you feel better but its not the goal
 
Controlling heavy weight on the negative certainly is key to gaining strength and muscle. I do this when im trying to overcome a PB or static point on a specific exercise, particularly compound exercises. But i would rather explode on the positive than slow it down. Just my thing.
 
You see it all the time. We got a pair of dudes that come in and always go straight to the bench. They take turns repping big weight super fast with horrible form. Their physiques are a reflection of their training , poor. Here I am doing 1/3 less weight but with perfect muscular contraction. Itll take those guys 10 yrs to build strong pectorals with training like that

Yeah i know it.. i dont have a spotter so i never really go heavy, havent got a PR in a while because of that, but im sure i could do 315 x 8 and id venture to say i could bench 350 x 3 unassisted.. idk.. i normally dont even flat bench anymore, but you gotta switch it up here in there. ive found inclines on the smith machine to isolate more than anything for me.. . But anyways my form has really tightned up since my elbow bought 4mo ago
 
Ive been doing reps the exact same way...slow down and exploding up with as best to perfect form as I can while contracting the muscle im working...sure i cant lift as heavy doing it that way...but I noticed better definition and a better pump right off the get go....
