Is this the secret to those abs?! ;)

Regardless, I'm doing this all next week..

Hey gr8white.. man if you look into youtube on how female bikini competetors train abs and glutes, theyre there focus, like included 3-4x weekly. To me that is too much , but might be yours temporarily to cut down in the waist, so maybe its something to think about, inlcuding abs 3-4x ew.
as far as my routing, i have 1 day set aside a slight rest day in the gym: calfs / abs , lowback. i start with low back and abs that day, and start with light warm up /foam roll..stretch. I superset hyper extension/ reverse hypers, with ab crunches on the ab crunch machine, not sure if its a smith or a lifestyle machine, but its a flat bench and you have handles above you holding handles you do crunches with free wieghts attached. then i superset into a hanging ab raise. 5 sets of each so 20 . Then i do rack pulls slow and concentrated, and bent over bb rows. I believe it all works them abs. at the end if im still jonzing.. about 1once a month i grab a medicine ball and do 3 sets of 20 on the decline doing situps holding the ball raised in the air .
Plus ive recently turned up the cardion on donned JBs 36 min split of fun on the elptical, bike, tread, or stairs or any combo of such. i do this at the end to conserve best energy for the lifts. but im gettting this cardio in 5 days of 6 . I am down to 195 am 203 evening

2 day i was a bit off and hungover this am so i trained extra hard.

arm day

started with preacher curl machine, 3 sets, of 12 supered with 3 sets of 12 cable curls with vbar.

then 4 sets of close grip bench, 135 x 15, 185 x 12 , 225 x 10 135 x15
3 sets of wieghted dips with 45 plate

4 sets of weighted chinups x 12

4 sets of hammer curls
4 sets of tricep pushdowns

4 sets ezbar curls
3 sets of single arm db curls in the preacher curl stand
forearm work, supination movements with dbs, and then behind the back forearm shrugs at least what i call them, with a barbell. famers walks with heavy dbs..

finished with preacher curl machine again , reps till failure.
30 min cardio..

yeah Nitrust, pinned 50mg yesterday and today thus far of Tren ace. No sides yet. TNE gave me a hella of a work out and a weird taste in my mouth.

I think i just about stired up my tendondis in my right arm. Left arm was the bad one all those months ago, but the right had it slightly too. hopefully its gone in the am , and i just pushed too hard today and all god damn last week . what it is i like to throw 3 sets of biceps constantly behind other groups on any given day. its too much. plus ive been a animal on the chinups again ... weighted and what not, and my bench is gone up so a combo of things signaling a slow down. I have tommorrow off from the gym, and back fri, which can notoriously stir things up as its back day, .. Ill evaluate then. I do have plenty of compression bands for it ,and im icing tonight hoping for the best.

today has been beyond badass. I said good bye to my baby .. a big lifted diesel ,and hello to a new badass friend. then me and mrs.. had smoked boneless chicken thighs.. fucking amazingly better than breasts Ill tell you. Then we opened are gifts, and we were both pleasently suprised. have a nice new gym bag too. . Merrry christmas motherfuckas
 
So about 4 days into tren ace 100 eod no I'll effects yet .

Tendonidis was just hopefully a flash back seems at bay .. I know what to do and what not to this week .

Well backloaded a slin with 100 mg of tne . This cycle has turned me into a pin cushion so I decided to try my bicep .. I got maybe 30mg in that bitch and pulled abort . Jabbed the rest into delt .. Boy that shit pip'd up hella quick . Had the worst taste in my mouth and smell tonight felt like it was coming out my pours in the gym
 
Also should report back I gave my
Girl a 30 mg test p shot and also a week later a 30 mg tne jab . Tne produced mile pip , tp nothing. No energy buzz or libido difference for her . Fail

Nah nah man i don't like my clits to looks like tiny penises fuck that. Muscles? On a girl? Thats another level brother but im not knocking you down at all just enjoying your log.
 
fuck yeah that 20-30mg in my bicep fucking hurts, its red.. looks like the start of a similiar infection i got from pinning to much gear in my delt before, but its not as red and just soar, so maybe itll be ok.
