Time for gun stock?

I know little about gun stock, but I can tell you that prices on guns and ammo have skyrocketed.

I paid $800 for my RR AR-15 (and $425 for the eotech optic). My gun was being sold for $1700, w/ no optic.

Ammo is expensive, and unavailable. Fortunately, I have close to 4k of various rounds.

Ya...45 should be in good supply too. I sold my SW 1911 PD and regret ding so. I replaced it w/ a custom PARA Ordinance 1911 in 45. However I get a jam or ftf for every 100 rounds. Was told it just needs more break in, but I would not stake my life on it.

Have over 900 223 rounds, and 2 high cap Magpull Mags.

This was confirmed by my friend who owns a gun store. He said the Para will need to have 1k (!) put through her before she is broken in. Man, she sure is pretty, and the most accurate 45 cal I have ever shot. None of my Tupperware guns needed so much break in. Don't enjoy shooting it, but my Glock 23 goes bang every time. My 2 sigs are also flawless, although they are too heavy for cc.

I wouldn't now. With Harry Reid's bitch slap across Diane Feinstein's face the only "gun control" coming out of the Congress MAY be extended background checks, but without a federal database that won't even pass. So look for the shelves to get stocked up again.

Ammo is not too far behind. The government keeps buying it up, but with more and more gun manufacturers and ammo makers refusing to sell to cops and federal government in states where citizens are being hammered by draconian gun laws, ammo will soon be back on the shelves for citizens. And I love the fact that Sheriff's in Colorado (350 and counting) and telling the governor to go to hell. They won't enforce his ban on high cap mags because they can't. Heh.

It's good when cops stand up to unconstitutional power grabs and tell the legislatures to go to hell. I love when that happens. It also lets you know who the jack booted thugs are. Identifying your enemy and friends is of great importance. As more Sheriffs stand up to the federal government (one even had a standoff with armed BLM agents and had to give them a lesson in the Constitution - he is the ultimate law enforcement authority in a county - not them). I'm feeling better every single day. Now watch ObamaCare get gutted next year when elections are coming up and the young and middle class suddenly realize they are screwed. Then I will pop the Champagne. Now just get rid of the RINOs and start to balance the budget before we have a Cypress situation on our hands and we will be back on the right track.

LE is smart, they know that legal law abiding citizens will fight if the government mandates confiscation of all guns w/ large cap (defined as 7 bullets or more by gun grabbers).

If I were in LE, the last thing I would wan't to do is go door to door to confiscate guns. We would have civil war.

My brother is in LE in OK. He laughs when people talk about that. He told me to do the math and that an average SWAT team raid without the paperwork takes about 1 hour. He also told me the cops would refuse the order. They did so in his precinct in the past for another law and just got their union involved. What are you going to do as a pol - fire all the cops? It was funny.

But if anybody ever came for my guns then they are nothing but jack booted thugs. At that point they are no longer law-abiding and I will treat them like any criminal breaking into my house. I would rather die a free man than live as a slave. My wife and I come from two different countries where the people are basically slaves. We know what it does the soul. Want to suck the life out of a society? Then adapt socialism or communism. Then everyone is equal: in their misery. Except of course the elite.

When I purchased my AR, the store owner wanted to know if I was interested in some amour piercing ammo. He claimed it would go through an engine block

I said no, those are cop killer bullets.

Having said that, the Kel-Tec KSG 14 + 1 Pump Bull-Pup Tactical Shotgun has been out longer than the AA-12. Having said that, good luck getting one, and the price is ridiculously high (as are all guns). I guess I will just have to manage w/ my Mossberg

Having guns is like having money in the bank. To illustrate, I just sold my custom Para Ordinance 1911. I got it for $1100. I have seen them for as high as $3k. I sold it to a friend fr $1300.

Oh, wait, just noticed that the Russian gun is full auto. Again, good luck getting a stamp for that.
