Just the other day he was standing at one of the tents, talking to one of the camp counselors, saying "that's what I like about them summer camp girls...I get older, they stay the same age".

Ironically he was using the tent that he was leaning on, to hide the one he had pitched!

Why, yes you can. It's up to law enforcement to arrest the person. Your 90 year old grandmother likely isn't getting arrested because you got your order sent to her house in her name.

Nope. Accepting the package is enough. The undercover cops can be quite sneaky. This is coming from personal experience.
 
And I can attest that they don't even need a good reason to kick your door in. IF they suspect you,(or even know you and don't like you for some reason) they can obtain a warrant by simply asking the judge they are in good with. That judge will issue a warrant with barely any probable cause or information. Why? Because he/she can. When the warrant is served, then the hunt is on to find anything illegal they can when they enter your place. It's that easy for them. Moral of the story. Be safe bro's. Watch what you keep lying around. Watch what you keep on your computer. Watch what's in your possession.
 
LE can be a bad motherfucker when they want too. And when your the only person that witnessed how they violated your search and seizure rights or w/e it don't matter if u drop $50k on a team of lawyers, that judge and jury is gonna side with the sting squad everytime. I don't really worry about these lil orders I make, but if they want you 9/10 they got you. An for the record my only experience with LE is based around narcotics. I'd say same rules apply
 
Keep in mind the Postal Inspector works with the same judge and law enforcement officers on a regular basis. They are all buddy-buddy. Warrants are ridiculously easy to get.
 
ya, and don't think they won't use the fact that you don't have $15k to drop on a lawyer to fight them. Remember, they have unlimited funds; you don't. They'll use it like a pawn to make you plea out. Been there. LE knows how manipulate the system; taking advantage of their knowledge and your lack of knowledge about the law. Sick.
