Tips on recovering from a chest tare recovery

for context, I was benching 80% of my working weight for my 3rd warmup set (first was 135 for 15, second was 225 for 8) and my chest made a ratched noise and I felt no immediate pain and was able to rerack the bar with no problem. Within 10 min I felt mild pain (2/10) in my chest unflexed and some pain when flexed (4/10) but no visible damage, after 30 min and getting home my upper chest near my armpit had turned slightly red but no bruising, and at the time of this post (1 hour later ) its just somewhat more painful unflexed and mildly red.

that out of the way any advice on what to do aside from avoiding upper body for a couple of weeks, I was already planning on running HGH in 6 weeks but I'm heavily considering bringing that up to ASAP along side TB500 and BPC-157 for recovery.
