Makes sense. I was just questioning if raising my dose would cause me to build more muscle. My traps and shoulders seem to be getting pretty big and I dont want them to outgrow the ideal physique for bikini division. That’s the one thing I was worried about.

As for the libido. I naturally have a pretty good libido but I wasn’t going to complain at all if it went even higher as a side especially if I could count the results as cardio ;)
I’m sorry. Please don’t take this the wrong way but you are clearly not getting the drug verses diet facts. Drugs only enhance the state that you are in. There are 3 states. Deficit. Maintenance. Surplus. You will not “build” muscle in a deficit. You will preserve what’s there. You will enhance whats there but you will not grow. You can potentially have a fuller appearance but not necessarily size. There is also a psychological effect as body fat drops exposing more muscle tissue you can appear larger and more defined to yourself and others. Bottom line is doses don’t make anything happen. They just enhance the effect you are trying to achieve. If you follow what goes on around here and I don’t mean the pussy chasing and thousands of other insane topics you can actually get some real valuable info. One of those topics is learning how to diet diet diet. Then the drugs. Does that make sense.

I’d like to hear your take on this...

Seems like most people have certain muscle groups that overpower other muscle groups. For me my shoulders (front delts) overpower my chest. Seems like @Fitfemale31 traps and shoulders may be overpowering other muscles on her and causing them to grow more than the other muscles and are seemingly getting bigger from this. So if she continues the same exercises and workout routine then wouldn’t the drugs enhance those overpowering muscles? By upping her doses and not adjusting workout routines seems like it may put more emphasis on those overpowering muscles to where they seem larger or more enhanced?
I guess what I’m getting at is with her goal and using var then diet would for sure be the number one thing. But if she has areas that are looking more pronounced then wouldn’t it be better to change her workouts instead of upping any dose but keeping her diet on point? Idk if this would apply to anavar or not so let’s also use any AAS for discussion purposes.

For me, where my anterior delts overpower my chest on pushing movements I never isolate my anterior delts in my workouts when I hit shoulders.

Genuinely curious on your take on this as well as anyone else’s.

@Fitfemale31 I’m not saying you need to change anything. I know you said you had a coach so stick with their advice. I’ve just used you and I as an example for this discussion :)
 
I been getting tren cough since day one I haven’t taken anything for it. It’s horrible for like 30 minutes after pinning then dies down but it’s still there and picks up bad when I’m having sex or running I’m sure the cold weather and working outside doesn’t help for me. I kind of just deal with shit i don’t take anything for side except the glutamine and milk thistle
Idk if you thought I meant from tren cough. I was literally out of breath just from turning to pin myself haha.

That sucks though. This is my second tren cycle and I still haven’t got the cough. Just insanely winded doing anything.

It does make sense and I understand what you’re saying. I’m not taking what you’re saying in the wrong way at all as I appreciate all the education and tips I can get especially given this is my first cycle. I most certainly understand diet and have an incredibly clean dialed and closely tracked diet (on and off prep). However, since starting the var never have I eaten in a surplus. I have been at maintenance 2100 calories until last week. Last week was the first week I’ve went into a deficit. I’m using many many tools that are measuring my progress on a weekly basis. The scale hasn’t budged, however, I have gained 1.5 in the hips. I have lost 1 inches in my waist. My shoulders are up 1.5 inches. My body fat has dropped by 2% so the growth is obviously not due to fat (I know there is other tissue as well as water but that is quite a substantial amount of new mass to be attributed to water retention). Plus I’m all around much tighter and harder everywhere. I’m very tuned into my body. It is clear to me and those around me I have gained mass in my upper body in this short short amount of time w/o being in any type of surplus or gaining fat. Now if adding the var is the only variable that changed...... could it just mean I’m walking around with a mean shoulder pump all the time but it’s most definitely not muscle given that I’m not in a surplus? Or could it mean that given this is my first cycle my body is performing optimumally and building muscle while in a deficit?

Years of this has created a constant that now effects you in two ways, you have overpowering front delts and two, you hate how you probably can't get your rear delts to fire properly. All because of your insecurities.

Now @Fitfemale31 is another story, her shoulders and traps are overpowering because she just wants acceptance! And in her mind acceptance comes from pulling her shoulders back and making her bust look even bustier. Tits don't equal acceptance though. To some yes but those are the underdwellers we want to extract from life purge and desecrate. Years of bust bust'n? Big traps and shoulders.

Here is what I’m thinking... and I could be wrong and anyone can correct me if I’m wrong but... people who often lift weight and their bodies are accustomed to it will not (or very rarely) gain muscle while eating in a deficit. However, it has been shown that people who don’t have a history of lifting weight or any type of resistance training can in fact build muscle while losing fat (newbie gains) in a deficit for a window of time while their body adapts? Could there be a similar reaction from your body while it adapts to anabolics?
