[emoji23] honestly, I just now am getting time to get back to the gym. I’ve been traveling abroad for the last 6 months and haven’t hardly had time to get into the gym, much less eat properly.
Next week I start back up eating and packing weight back on so fairlife will be stocked back up on Sunday when I get the shopping done.

Meso is so boring in the AM. Lol.... Everyone is up all night posting. I can't stay up past 10:30 anymore. And can't sleep past 5:30.
I work 7 days in the spring summer and fall. In the winter I have sundays off but still can’t sleep past 6ish on my days off. My guilty pleasure is getting up on sundays and making a cup of coffee sitting on the couch and opening up Meso. Its lame but funny as hell because there is this little bit of excitement because sometimes I open and there’s not much going on or sometimes it’s like this place explodes and I’m like oooooo fuckin drama yeeessss.
I keep odd hours. Sometimes i get up at 4, sometimes like now, i am just getting ready to rack out. But my back aches if i lay around too long. Product of "young and invincible" days long gone i am sure.
Haha yeah. It is fun sometimes for sure. I work mon-thurs 6-4 30. Then have three off. Fri, sat, sun. My girl and I like to watch public freakout videos on Sunday mornings. Lol
I had a girl once...then the dogs got her. Told her not to open the back gate...stupid girl. Can still hear her screams if the wind is right when it is cold and rainy.
