Just a few days. Doesn’t bother me when standing. Or walking around just laying down or sittting with my feet up. Took some ibuprofen and it takes it away. Also my sciatica is hurting down the back of my left leg into my knee. Like I said could be I tweaked it at work climbing in and out of my truck or trailers and didn’t know it. Could of hurt it doing heavy rack pulls the other day but it didn’t start until 2 days after that. I was just curious if maybe the var had angry to do with it. I’m gonna take @T-Bagger advice and stop for a few days and see if it helps.
Wish I could take credit but I think it was @Thegreek. However - if your sciatica is acting up, I’ll give you the same long term advice my doc gave me when I blew out two discs: sit in a chair and lean forward toward the ground and hold it for 10 seconds. Do this 10x a day every day. What happens is our lower spine gets brittle and loses flexibility and it traps that nerve. Keep the lower spine limber and the nerve is free. The only time my sciatica has returned was when I was lazy and stopped stretching.

I saw it but I wasn’t going to be a credit hog. We all do what we can to help. Just like that solid piece you just offered up. Looks like that other thing we talked about is going to work out if I want it to. Not sure if I’m going to pull the trigger on it though.

Another good one is laying on your back on the floor with legs straight up the wall. Good luck getting back up though !
