If you are only on 150mg a week, why are you pinning pecs? Surely your not doing prop or anything?

It's actually 160 and I do prop...blah blah blah I kno its a lot of pinning I don't give a fuck I enjoy it...but I've strictly done quads since I started but I was thinking about the right pec cause I feel more of a connection in my left so was thinking about a spot injection in the right time to time

I’ve been doing mine for the exact same reason. But haven’t don’t anything but what I mentioned. If you’re lean, a slin pin will do. If not, maybe a 5/8 or 3/4.
