I believe he said he would dose it at 100mg. That should be the recommended dose in my eyes. And delts and quads and Tris and glutes.

There's ways around that. Do some research and I bet you'll find a way. It might not look like one but it can and has been done. Years and years ago I had a friend that made one to press X.
