Def need to brush up on my supplement game. Only ones I’ve ever stocked consistently were pwo’s, bcaa’s, and glutamine. But it’s time i get to expand seeing as the sudden weight and muscularity changes messes w my body pretty good. Will look into it. Any others which may be close to “necessary” to have most the time?
I don’t like the word “necessary” so good to see you put it in quotes too lol.

First priority is general health. I never go without a multi and greens since i know my food choices aren’t especially varied. Any assistance with organ/skin/hair/brain health is great too.

Next would be helping pack cals in on an offseason. Quality protein and/or whole food based meal replacement supp.

Preworkouts are dealers choice. I use them cyclically and they sure do change the training environment.

On a shred I’d encourage EAAs (NOT bcaas) for the gym and/or fasted cardio.

Beyond that, spend at your will. If others have suggestions I’m definitely listening myself.

I pretty much take all of that. Then I supplement Cissus for joint health, TUDCA, NAC, MSM, and Fish Oil

Why not to pair the two?
Bcaa to help preserve muscle from catabolism and eaa to finish the protein sythesis.

Send that purple tne My way!

I forgot my free oral, and the discounted tne with my last order anyways.... fml

Sleep apnea mouth piece things- anyone use them? I am about to throw my cpap thru the window. 3 months and I can’t get used to a clingon stuck to my face all night. Went from mask to nasal pillows and still sucks for me.

From everything I’ve read EAA are vastly superior to BCAA

@Roger rabbit What is your opinion on orange triad plus greens versus the liquid multivitamin you always recommended to me. Does that liquid also have large amounts of “greens”
