Don’t feel bad bro I don’t have my voting rights either. In my entire adult life I was able to vote once and that was the last presidential election. Voted for Trump btw. I have 6 months left of this parole I’m on then as long as I don’t catch any new felonies I will be able to vote once again.

Shitty thing is, there is no self defense in Minnesota. A neighbor borrowed this big logging chain to pull his car out in the winter and never returned it. Saw him in the town bar with his son who is a year older than me. They started cocking off and I said something about banging his sister (wasn’t true she wasn’t hot) he pushed me off the chair. I ended up clobbering both of them. Then, When I walked out the bar a guy stopped me and i assaulted him and here was an off duty sheriff in training(whatever the fuck that is) I got 6 months in jail, got out in 4 because of good time. 3rd felony assault because my dad was helping someone. Sad. Some real redneck hillbilly shit huh? Lol Not to mention all the hardships this caused with me being in the National Guard.

The first 10 Amendments to the Constitution are the bill of Rights, Rights are bestowed on you by your creator not your government. The Constitution is the “law” telling the Government what it cannot do. Technically the government has no authority to “take” rights and the people are supposed to hold the government to the Constitution. We don’t cause we’re pussies, fat and happy as long as we have ample food and sportsball.

I’m an absolutist, everyone has the right to self defense regardless of how dumb they are. You have the right to fight for your life, it’s not even a debate in my eyes. The preamble to the Declaration of Independence ensures this right.
