Is country life one of the crappy brands?

No, it’s decent. I liked Solgar until they were bought out by P&G at which point I stopped recommending them. My favorites are Jarrow, Doctor’s Best and Life Extension. A little more spendy, but worth the price. If you want magnesium there’s only one brand to bother with and that is KAL’s magnesium glycinate. Unless you want magnesium-l-threonate for brain support.

Solgar didn’t change anything when they were purchased. They became even more transparent. They are a very high quality brand.

Edit: NOW supplement company is one of the few remaining family owned vitamin companies. The majority of the others are. Always being bought and sold. Where I live and region around me there is another family owned company that is pretty popular and super high quality that only sells to local supplement companies.

Yes of course they are good my friend. One thing that makes them great is their contributions to what they call “Mother Earth” and have influence on some of the legalities with the supplement world. Basically they helped hold the supplement world to a higher standard. They were purchased out several years ago if I remember correctly but nothing has changed to my knowledge.

I could be wrong but I believe they might even private label vitamin shop brand vitamins now as well.

I still have a very hard time trusting them after being bought out. Just my personal opinion. I still use some of their products, but it’s not my go to anymore.

Damn guys, thanks a shit ton.

So if getting vitamin hyperwhatever is very rare, why not just double up on a multi and get a little extra of everything?

@Roger rabbit I am on accutane right now, are you recommending me stopping? I really want to get this acne under control, and I was planning on running tren (be at least 6 weeks still)

Between vitamin D, b5 , and possibly tanning/zinc spray you think that alone would be good enough to get the acne gone?

This is controversial.

Here is the thing. The fda has recommended amount of what the human body “needs” which arguably other countries and studies disagree with.

Fda is always typically error in the lower side of the scale while other countries are higher on the spectrum. It’s like vitamin c. How did the fda come up with the recommendation on how much the human needs daily? Well it was when James lind discovered the amount it takes to cure scurvy. So they recommend this amount for daily intake. Is this accurate? Imo hell no we need more than this.

You also have other factors such as, absorption. If you double up you want to get test ran to ensure you are not building up fat soluable vitamins. But again, to get to the hypervitaminosis level it takes a lot. But you don’t want to dance on that line either.

I can’t recommend you to not take accutane. I can merely just point out some alternatives and bring awareness to the harshness of prescriptions. Especially one with so many lawsuits against it.

I personally will always try to choose treating the underlying cause with vitamins and mineral or herbs before choosing to treat symptoms with a prescription. But that is me. [emoji106]

So you had me thinking it was good, then not good.
Now I am back to square one hahah

so then you do think b5, d3, would be able to fix it?

I have a hard time recommending doctors best when they were purchased by a Chinese based group [emoji23][emoji23]

We all know how those fools are with quality control[emoji23][emoji23]

Also, we have talked about Orange-Triad with greens and also Miracle 2000 Energy.

What one of those would you recommend to me based of of my criteria? Orange tri-ad has more stuff, but some of the stuff in miracle 2000 has larger amounts.
