Thanks, have various country life supplements, been taking their vitamin d for years, but I took one of their dhea caps and I got paranoid they laced it with roids or viagra lol.

I semi-knowledgeable about supplements I care most about, like immune health or testicular health but not sure about brands. And @Roger rabbit especially knows all these obscure supplements/remedies like cinnamon or berberine for blood sugar just to name 1.

If you eat oatmeal or pancakes or anything similar, you can get the same effect by putting a tablespoon or so of cinnamon on your food! Plus it’s way more delicious than taking a capsule haha.

Good idea, I actually tried chewing cinnamon sticks but it was gross af, better idea to crush it up and it with food or add it to tea.

Exactly. Unless you’re shoveling down hand fulls of vitamin D everyday over the span of months, you won’t have to worry about reaching the toxic threshold. But as I said it is possible since it builds up over time, just not very easy to reach unless you’re deliberately taking an excessive amount over a long period.
@Kim almost overdosed on Vitamin D.
 
Primo Pip update. I did 1ml in my quad 14hrs ago and was perfect injection this time, went in really smooth and easy. Still got some pretty good pip like someone kicked me right there. But still have full range of motion unlike the other quad where I did 2ml. Gonna hit glutes next

3 days post Exxon Valdez pin in right quad and it’s pink, hard, and fairly painful. Sure sign my body didn’t like that. NOT an infection, nobody overreact. But clear the blend won’t keep me to one pin site due to the total mg just being too high.

24 hrs post individual pins of 1ml primo and 1ml tren/mast in different sites have slight PIP but nothing close to inhibitive; really only feel it with pressure or a hard contraction.

Have you ever pinned Miglyol before? Some people don’t react well to it at first and then adjust to it later.

Now that it’s become a reality it’ll be EOD, on both sides:
1. Quad site (middle)
2. Hips
3. Quad site 2 (high)
4. Delts
5. Quad site 3 (low)

That’s nearly 2 full weeks without using the same site. The quad sites are where vertically on my quad they are; all at 75-90 degrees from the front of my leg. Each of these sites end up being ~3” apart.

Should also keep each pin to 2ml or so max. I kept to EOD to avoid heavy biweekly pins. With more fast stuff in maybe I’ll consider changing that. Consistent scheduling is just easirr though.

Oh it’s a big deal to my lil woman too. She actually has amazing eyebrows according to her lol. But I’d have to agree with her. Never knew eyebrows was even a thing until I met her!

If we’re being honest about the first thing we see, it’s actually a woman’s hair for me. Then her ass! Lol

I would reverse your order, most hair when done looks similar, ass's are individual.
 
THIS IS FUCKIN RIDICULOUS LOL!!! I'm 8 weeks on tren/EQ. I started cycle at 265. The first couple weeks I lost 5 pounds.. so was 260. Since then... I have literally stayed 259.5. not a fuckin change in 6 weeks. Originally I wasn't really trying to cut .. but I decided I was gonna cut a bit on the tren and than bulk later with deca... Cause with deca I can eat a ton, with tren i cant.. I'm getting way strong... People are saying damn ur looking jacked, all that... But I don't personally see it.. never do... But I'm just bad at this cut/bulk stuff... I always seem to get stuck maintaining weight. I'm just bad at diet. Really not disciplined with my intake. My body definitely Changes and I totally see it in my lifts .. but fuck it would be nice to have a better measure, like oh look I've gained 15 pounds of muscle... But no... Because I'm usually kinda fat at cycle start... And I dont check my bf %. I really don't know how.much lean mass and fat I'm losing. U guys don't have to tell me what I can do, I kinda already know from reading everything all u guys do... I just don't execute.. I know the steps to take , just don't take them.
