I would have to set aside the next year to fight everyone that has pissed me off. Women as well. You don't want the cage? Then stay out of the passing late you fat cupcake eating walmart scooter bitch

This sounds so similar to shit that comes out of my mouth its frightening. A lot of people in here really are cut from the same cloth.

Shitty thing is, there is no self defense in Minnesota. A neighbor borrowed this big logging chain to pull his car out in the winter and never returned it. Saw him in the town bar with his son who is a year older than me. They started cocking off and I said something about banging his sister (wasn’t true she wasn’t hot) he pushed me off the chair. I ended up clobbering both of them. Then, When I walked out the bar a guy stopped me and i assaulted him and here was an off duty sheriff in training(whatever the fuck that is) I got 6 months in jail, got out in 4 because of good time. 3rd felony assault because my dad was helping someone. Sad. Some real redneck hillbilly shit huh? Lol Not to mention all the hardships this caused with me being in the National Guard.

Running your mouth should be grounds for getting your ass beat. People say anything without regard because there are no repercussions. People need to be held accountable for all their actions.

The first 10 Amendments to the Constitution are the bill of Rights, Rights are bestowed on you by your creator not your government. The Constitution is the “law” telling the Government what it cannot do. Technically the government has no authority to “take” rights and the people are supposed to hold the government to the Constitution. We don’t cause we’re pussies, fat and happy as long as we have ample food and sportsball.

I am sure glad I didn't read this last night. This statement couldn't be more spot on.

My ole man and I have been saying it for a long time, Mindless Drones. Almost like everyone is programmed to be blinded by bullshit. No idea what is really going on.

Thank you!

You're welcome. Feel like this deserves some sort of pic...I will reciprocate.. :D

Now that it’s become a reality it’ll be EOD, on both sides:
1. Quad site (middle)
2. Hips
3. Quad site 2 (high)
4. Delts
5. Quad site 3 (low)

That’s nearly 2 full weeks without using the same site. The quad sites are where vertically on my quad they are; all at 75-90 degrees from the front of my leg. Each of these sites end up being ~3” apart.

Should also keep each pin to 2ml or so max. I kept to EOD to avoid heavy biweekly pins. With more fast stuff in maybe I’ll consider changing that. Consistent scheduling is just easirr though.

Any reason for not pinning glutes?

What’s wrong with just letting him do his thing? Yea he’s annoying at times but he’s a good dude and he’s asking a lot of questions. That helps him and also helps everyone reading this.

And Sixers are gonna take the next 2!

I don’t feel the need to go anywhere else. I can help/or get help from people I’ve established a somewhat acquaintance In this thread.

I have a little more faith that you would not steer me wrong vs some random in a different section

THIS IS FUCKIN RIDICULOUS LOL!!! I'm 8 weeks on tren/EQ. I started cycle at 265. The first couple weeks I lost 5 pounds.. so was 260. Since then... I have literally stayed 259.5. not a fuckin change in 6 weeks. Originally I wasn't really trying to cut .. but I decided I was gonna cut a bit on the tren and than bulk later with deca... Cause with deca I can eat a ton, with tren i cant.. I'm getting way strong... People are saying damn ur looking jacked, all that... But I don't personally see it.. never do... But I'm just bad at this cut/bulk stuff... I always seem to get stuck maintaining weight. I'm just bad at diet. Really not disciplined with my intake. My body definitely Changes and I totally see it in my lifts .. but fuck it would be nice to have a better measure, like oh look I've gained 15 pounds of muscle... But no... Because I'm usually kinda fat at cycle start... And I dont check my bf %. I really don't know how.much lean mass and fat I'm losing. U guys don't have to tell me what I can do, I kinda already know from reading everything all u guys do... I just don't execute.. I know the steps to take , just don't take them.

Sooo, take the steps?

I go through this too, well at least the people making comments, I always have a hard time seeing it. That's part of the body dismorphia @Roger rabbit was talking about.

I don't know where you are located, but alot of newer higher end gyms have a sweet machine that measures body comp and gives you a read out. These are fairly accurate and I didn't pay last time but I think they charge 30-50 to have it done.

A lot of pics can help too. Stop with looking at the scale and start looking in the mirror.

THIS. EVERYONE. THIS.

Whether your wife is dieting to look good in a bikini or you’re trying to bulk or cut. Fuck the scale. Hop on it 1 or 2 times a week. Mirror doesn’t lie.

Was going to post the same thing in response to @iceman440

There are far too many variables when it come to your weight to rely on a scale as accurate. Exactly what Mac said, the mirror never lies to you. Take a picture in the mirror at start of cycle, take one at the end. You’ll see a big difference if your training and diet are on point. It’s sometimes hard to tell a difference when you see yourself in the mirror every day, and the changes that happen are slow and steady. But when you look At a picture 8-12 weeks apart from the start of the cycle, it’s much more apparent.

Didnt think you guys cared about scales until it was time to stop eating for weigh ins :D

I am taking a different approach, I used this for the short time I wrestled. Get down under weight earlier, so then you can eat and be stronger. Cutting right before comp is retarded in every way. Good fighters of any sort get to weight or under way before the fight.

Same for bodybuilders..at least open pros; be in shape early to rebound in. Harder for amateurs where diving into a weight class might make you unbeatable.
