I generally assume my drug dealers can’t count and take what I get. Before coming here I don’t remember a single baggie with exactly the right number of pills...

i go by weight so you get 30 or more.

Permanent packs of 50, or only till you are fully switched to baking soda

My doc recommended d3 as it's a more stable form of Vit D and I had bought some OTC d3 as my D level was on the low side.

D3 is superior for sustaining the blood level over D2 and D3 is what's generated when your skin's exposed to sunlight. That's info that my doc told me.
