As far as I’ve read, it doesn’t matter. I have heard some people say stuff like liquid winny might have a small effect, but overall it doesn’t matter.

2 weeks in on this cyp, tren, anavar cycle and loving it. Started at 213# and scale was 218 last two days! Started on prop but the pip is killing me this time with it? I'm always lean enough to see abs but the vascularity is kicking in and the tren is doing its thing!! Using TGI hulk green tren!!
 
@ShredMN zero proof pinning a muscle group hasn’t localized effects outside of an easier mind to muscle connection due to actually feeling the muscle.

@Brawny i don’t check BF numbers but at 220 I was probably 12ish.

I think the conversation you were referring to, was based on pip. Mac had stated if you pin the muscle that you’re working in the gym, then there will be less pip. Probably due to the muscle getting more blood flow
This too. But having a sensation in the working muscle prior to starting your sets does help connect with it better. I have yet to find anyone who disagrees with that.

I’ve been pinning the muscle I’m training that day whenever I can for about a week or so now to give it a try. Only muscle that actually hurt was my biceps but they’re completely virgin and that was the first time in 5 years ever pinning them.
 
When I was at the gym today they do this CrossFit program there once in a while. I ran into a guy I do business with and he challenged me to a CrossFitWarrior competition with him. I can bench right around 400 and dead lift around 500. However, I have never clean and jerk to Overhead for a PR or did a kipping pull up before, shits for toe shoe wearing queers. Yes, I know they probably have a lot of butt sex with each other and tip touching going on but I cannot say no to a challenge. If I lose, you guys may never hear from me again.
