I would run at least 300-400
Best thing is you already have an insane foundation and super low body fat. Little bit will go a long long way with you. @Mac11wildcat can probably give you more advice on it.

Mast and NPP i wouldn’t run below 300-350. That’s a decent starting dose. If you’re guna use it get something concrete from it.
