Was brewed with tested raws. Tested or untested 100mg OD is a huge fuck up and it is squarely on me. Not the raws, not the tester, all me.

Batch 1 (label with no batch number) is tested at 400mg/ml. I am sending off batch 2 asap.

If i left out the BB by accident the stir bar wouldn't rotate so that isn't possible either. Scale error? Who knows.

I know when I reload a new setup. I write down all my factors. Change 1 thing, test, back to control. I do this till I find a load i like , and I usually document it. Not sure if you keep a record book or not since once you have a proven batch, no need to change it
