Titanium Gear Industries (domestic source)

Was brewed with tested raws. Tested or untested 100mg OD is a huge fuck up and it is squarely on me. Not the raws, not the tester, all me.
Any ideas rattling around in your mind what could of caused this?
Just a miscalculation you think?

Any procedure you think that you could set into place to where this doesn’t happen?

Shit happens. We all know this. You owned it. I’m just asking how do you prevent it from occurring again?

Maybe if someone else is holding onto batch 1 EQ they can send it in to W&M compare reports if @Joedaddy5150 is unable to?

None.

I could quit. There is no way i can be error proof. I check my math. I watch my fill lines. I have zero idea how this happened or how to prevent another occurrence. 100mg is a ton of extra raw. If i left out the BB by accident the stir bar wouldn't rotate so that isn't possible either. Scale error? Who knows.

See above.

i welcome a comparison test and have already said i would treat it as an original test and give the full 200 credit to have it tested again. This of course goes for anyone interested.

Would be great if someone else has it. Hopefully the originally tested can grab that vial and send it back off.

Do you happen to keep a record of your math/ratios. Again I have no idea how your ends works

I know when I reload a new setup. I write down all my factors. Change 1 thing, test, back to control. I do this till I find a load i like , and I usually document it. Not sure if you keep a record book or not since once you have a proven batch, no need to change it
