So he said it had to be ace if you felt it by week 2. So tren E would take how long before you felt it and started to notice sides?
I’d say at least 4 ish weeks. Everyone assimilates things slightly different and some are more sensitive than others, as far as feelings and sides go.

I try not to go by bad sides though. The first thing I usually noticed myself is some strength gain and feeling aggressive in the gym. I get the “kill it” attitude with added focus. But that’s just in the gym.
The bad sides come the longer I’m continuously on. That’s why I’m hoping the two weeks break in between on this blast will keep me from the bad sides while takin advantage of the good ones!
 
So just planning my next blast which will start in 3 weeks
Think I’m gonna do it like this

Week 1-10
Sust 250 every 10 day or test p
Npp/tpp 125mg Mon, wed, fri
Mast E 200 mg first 4 weeks

Week 6-10
Dbol 40 mg 3 days on,
Then winny 50mg,
3 days on,
and back and forth for 4 weeks

Mast p 100mg mon,wed,Fri
5 mg cialis Ed

I got a vial of tren E too that I kinda would like to throw in there too.
Just not for sure where and how it would jive with the rest of that.

Thoughts anyone?

Dbol and winny kinda gave me that aggressive nature in the gym too.
I’m on such a small dose of tren on my cruise that I don’t feel any side except slight insomnia and very slight night sweats.

Tren makes me feel a certain high all day. It’s easier to get out of bed super early. Crazy focused at the gym, at work, at home. It honestly changes my mental completely. Part of the reason I try to take a good amount of time off of it. Maybe I really do need adderal....
 
Okay this is definitely just a post to brag/rub in how my evening went. So I've been cutting since beginning of February and then the last 4 weeks have been on strict, CLEAN keto and I absolutely love what it's done to my physique other than my muscles being very flat. I decided I was finally gonna give myself a cheat day and load up on carbs to see what happens. Did a little extra cardio earlier followed by some legs just to deplete myself as much as possible. Went into the city with my date and absolutely gorged myself. Just got back home and about to head to the gym and doing a full body pump to see how I look. Here's some pics of my meals for the night. Apologies if any of you are on prep or cutting. Lol

Anybody up for this challenge???

The challenge consists of 500 reps with the empty bar on the bench press (a 45 pound bar for guys, a 35 pound bar for girls). All the reps have to be unbroken. This means you can't rack the barbell during the set.

You're allowed to rest during the set, but only with the bar being held at arms length. You can't stop the bar on the chest at all during the challenge.
