I find that handles with blue in the avi are entirely useless to read so I just skip anything with blue. That takes care of at least half the posts every day and about 3/4 of the posts at night.

TPP/NPP I have a shit load (allegedly) don’t have any Deca and I really liked it last cycle. I love pinning, I get a psychological boost from it.

How were the strength gains from it? I’m going to run it and throwing anadrol in the last 4 weeks at 50mg. Gonna run 525mg TPP/NPP for 9 weeks.

C’mon bro. Some of us would just rather use some of our free time to indulge in this form of social media as opposed to FB or the gram. I would go so far as to say most of us have very rewarding and profitable careers that gives us the opportunity to take part in this expensive lifestyle.

A very easy way to keep track of this thread is to simply search for tgi’s posts and read only those posted by him. That will give you the best heads up as to whats coming down the pipeline.

Please tell me how to do it better.

Hips (ventroglute)
Upper third Of quads
(Could do just one ventoglute since they can hold a ton comfortably and do the other here)

Shit, I kept up this this thread. 2 kids, 3 dogs, full time job plus over time.... no excuse really unless some major is going on. If you can’t check in on this thread once a week you don’t wanted tested gear that bad.
