Same “dosage” and timing of Pristine vs TGI and the day to day was vastly different.

I was a Craigslist addict for about 3 years. Used equipment and weights never seem to lose value so I would trade up as better stuff became available.

It’s great for variation. I’m 44 so doing heavy squats and heavy deadlifts in the same week lays me out. So I try to stick with heavy squats and then do heavy deadlifts every other week. The GHD is a good alternate movement on the off weeks. Honestly I could get by without it but I picked it up for next to nothing because it was missing a couple of bolts that I was able to replace for less than $10.
Close. It’s a Magnum which was bought by Matrix. Still 7 gauge steel and solid commercial piece. I got it from a guy that had it with about 20 commercial treadmills in a storage locker. I low-balled him but didn’t ask ANY questions. Barely any chit chat.
Craigslist is awesome. If they don’t accept your offer you just wait for the next one.
