Titanium Gear Industries (domestic source)

75mg/day for a total of 525mg a week. Will be running it alongside the Test C I’m on and my trt Test.
My mistake. Misread your post that you’re dropping the tren completely. I know you said you’re pretty knowledgeable on supplements. You have any recommendations on joint supplements that actually work? My joints don't kill me or interfere with my lifts but definitely kinda felt dry on my last cycle.

MSM, or methylsulfonylmethane, fish oil and turmeric extract with Bioperine.

Don’t waste your money on glucosamine and chondroitin, they’re both worthless and the only benefit comes from glucosamine sulfate because of the sulfur it’s bonded to. Glucosamine HCL has been proven ineffective in study after study. And MSM will provide that sulfur plus act as a methyl donor for dozens of biological processes.

The fish oil and turmeric extract (Curcumin) will both effectively reduce inflammation. It’s important your turmeric extract has Bioperine (black pepper extract) added to it as Curcumin has extremely poor bioavailability and permeation through your GI tract’s lining, Bioperine will greatly enhance bioavailability and allow the Curcumin to pass through the intestinal lining and enter your blood stream where it’ll have systemic effects.

I’d say all that and I would add in 3000mg of Cissus. And drink a packet of Jello every day

Haven’t used Cissus as it was really expensive back in the day, but have heard good things about it.

Also I forgot to mention Vitamin C. It’s crucial for collagen synthesis so I’d take a few grams a day spread out throughout, on top of its antioxidant potential and all the other good stuff.

Thanks man I’ll give that a try!

Yeah I’ve done the jello trick for awhile. Can’t say I really tell a difference but for a 30 cent pack of jello a day might as well. Plus I mix it in with my greens supplement for flavor.

I will never recommend anyone starts using AAS as it’s a major decision that should be taken with a lot of thought.

I researched AAS for two years before I made the decision to run my first cycle of test only. I personally made the right decision for the right reasons as my life is bodybuilding, but that’s not the case for every other person so I cannot ever recommend it.
Not that I know many who use, but nearly every person I've run into in real life has done no research of their own... It's always "a buddy said.." They literally start pinning before knowing anything about ancillaries or PCT.

These are younger people who grew up with the internet and I'm blown away by the simple questions they ask me.

I geek out on this stuff and I love learning more so I'm like an autistic savant compared to them.

My two new tanks arrived from Australia. Happy to report I now own a snow leopard tank! You’re welcome for the new material to make fun of me with! Now please, keep the insults coming! I love them honestly, makes me chuckle!

Miss you guys over here! I've been underground doing research... I like the tanks! The cut looks flattering.

It’s better for us if no one else takes it. If everyone looked good hurts our chances of reeling pussy out of our league

LOL. On the bright side, most people aren't willing to bust their ass daily in the gym, let alone choose healthier foods over the kind that come with a side of fries and a large fountain drink.

If it were easy, everyone would be huge.
