A little slower start than i had anticipated; but I have been slowly ramping my cals. Up a few pounds and strength is starting to rise. Starting to feel full around the clock.

I have blood work being drawn today as I have been working with some high estro.
cycle is currently sust 750 / eq 900 / npp 400 and 2iu’s of growth daily.
 
Haven’t used any of those compounds yet. Everyone seems to be running DHB right now though! I can’t wait to try NPP, personally. Haven’t used it or deca yet so it’ll be interesting to see what kind of mass I can add with it.
I ran DHB last cycle but added Tren, NPP and didn’t really see what DHB can do in its own. If I’m not liking it I’ll just switch to TPP/NPP, can’t go wrong with that combo.
 
I know i will never be a bodybuilder. But i know i can do better with more knowledge in the tool box. I like to measure my progression with plates and reps since i naturally excel at that better than i do adding size and sculpting it.

I never thought I'd be a body builder... But that's the direction I'm heading these days since Power lifting seems to be out of the question these days. It's been 6 months since my labrum tear and any weight heavy enough that I'm under the 6 rep and up range, I can't do.. so powerlifting is a thing of the past for me, unless i get a surgery and it's successful. To be honest I'm not hating the way my body is filling out with the body building type workouts I've been doing... I'm not near as strong but I think I look better than ever.

Yesterday was week 3 of 5/3/1 squats. I programmed light for squat at 500 1rm. Yesterday 430 was my top set for 1 and it is flyiiinnngggg. Looking forward to moving up weight this next block!

Is 5/3/1 your favorite? I ran it last summer and liked it but thought the progression was slow due to low volume.

Then I did exact opposite this past winter and ran 2 blocks of Sheiko and the volume was killer but the progress was amazing. If you haven’t run sheiko I would highly recommend. Sheiko 37 as a 4 week prep followed by Sheiko 30 as a 4 week strength cycle.
