Doesn’t matter what you fight for just as long as you FIGHT.What are we fighting for?
Is it for love!?
I have one more good fight left in me and if it’s not for love then is it really worth fighting for!?

It was all Pink Floyd all the time for me. But then that turned into a lot of weed and Pink Floyd and then a lot of alcohol and Pink Floyd. Then a lot of alcohol and percocets and Pink Floyd. That was my falling down period.
Now it’s all slipknot, 5 Finger Death Punch, Ministry, Rage, hardcore rap like Onyx, DMX, newer Cyprus Hill, anything loud fast and aggressive and welp pretty much the opposite of Pink Floyd - too many memories there.
Korn did a really nice cover of Another Brick in the Wall that’s pretty cool.
You know when I say “love” I mean @Kim right?
@Kim = Love worth fighting for!
Again... my motto here

This is why I chose to only offer this thing to Meso. I was confident this is what I would find. Thanks bro!!! Sticking to the plan, no matter how hard it is and it’s paying off!
Mac do you have anything to offer non bodybuilders...say a program designed more for strength versus aesthetics? This is why I chose to only offer this thing to Meso. I was confident this is what I would find.
I don’t claim to know how to program powerlifting, but half my training program (including my own training) is based on progressive overload in the 6-12 rep range with pump/metabolic work after. I think that’s the best way to train for anyone that isn’t purely out for 1rm strength.Mac do you have anything to offer non bodybuilders...say a program designed more for strength versus aesthetics?
Very fair reply. I appreciate the candor.I don’t claim to know how to program powerlifting, but half my training program (including my own training) is based on progressive overload in the 6-12 rep range with pum/metabolic work after. Do I think you can do better than me for a coach as far as strength based training goes? Yes. 100%.
Going for that super human retard strength eh? You’re taking this PPV Meso rumble thing seriously, aren’t you?Mac do you have anything to offer non bodybuilders...say a program designed more for strength versus aesthetics?
I know i will never be a bodybuilder. But i know i can do better with more knowledge in the tool box. I like to measure my progression with plates and reps since i naturally excel at that better than i do adding size and sculpting it.Going for that super human retard strength eh? Both is entirely possible. Only one of my clients is actually a bodybuilder. The rest are “lifestyle” clients at the moment. But PRs are as great of motivators as they are signs of progress. A lot of people can train hard and see strength gains via specialization in a rep range with basic movements. The extra there is diet, and diet is entirely responsible for the “building and sculpting” you speak of.I know i will never be a bodybuilder. Also, yes. 2020 meso rumble is on.
Awesome, and well said. Both is entirely possible. Only one of my clients is actually a bodybuilder. The rest are “lifestyle” clients at the moment. PLs and strongmen are finally realizing diet and bodycomp matter.
