Titanium Gear Industries (domestic source)

I’m definitely suffering a bit, but it’s been a relative breeze compared to other preps and other competitors.

But now, after the last change, all my carb caloric intake is completely covered by cardio and training expenditure (~800 cals cardio, 150-200 for training, maybe) so I’m definitely about to be a cranky bastard.

Last couple days have been interesting though. Check my thread if you’re curious.

I’m a moody bitch when I’m dieting. I can’t imagine getting stage ready. I’ll check your log out and read through it

Is 5/3/1 your favorite? I ran it last summer and liked it but thought the progression was slow due to low volume.

Then I did exact opposite this past winter and ran 2 blocks of Sheiko and the volume was killer but the progress was amazing. If you haven’t run sheiko I would highly recommend. Sheiko 37 as a 4 week prep followed by Sheiko 30 as a 4 week strength cycle.

I tend to progress well on low volume, I always seem to be more fresh and injury free. Texas method I liked too, it wore me down though.

I will program something like Sheiko along with the bodybuilding style exercises after this comp. So my cores will be hypertrophy for a while along with a bunch of drop, super and giant set stuff and iso movements. I think this will work well...maybe. Volume will be BIG.

I’m gonna have to read up on the hypertrophy stuff.
I never even kept a log.
I pretty much been doing what I want in the gym without no plan.
I usually just start low and do warm up sets till I get to a weight that can be a working set, then I do 3 sets of that.
Sometimes I do working sets of 15-20 on some days, and then some days I do working sets that are in the rep range of 10-12 and sometimes I do slow methodical sets with 3-6 rep range.
Usually sets that are 3-6 for exercises like bench, squats, dead’s.
Military presses, delt exercises leg curls, dumbbell exercises etc in the 10-12 range, and calves, triceps, biceps, cable crossovers, ab exercises all in the 12-20 rep ranges.
I should prob push myself into doing a program and probably will with this next blast.
I honestly have never even read a routine. I need to understand the philosophy behind the program before I can buy into it.

Speaking of which I was walking back from the gas station with a protein bar and I’m walking across a busy bridge with cars driving by and I get another test boner then there’s a lull in traffic and I try to pat it down but it only got worse then I look up and there’s a line of school buses coming and I’m stuck on the bridge like “stand by me” w/ a hard ass dick “pop quiz, hot shot” so I pick up pace and hang a left just in time

I need to sit down and read the rest of it. I’ve only read about 7 pages, plus trying to keep up with this thread, the Pristine shit show, and trying to figure out the logistics of testing from W&M. I’m falling behind lol


I am way behind in every aspect of life right now. Work is nuts, the baby is crazy and fun. Wife working none stop at the hospital. Hot rod needs tuning...........fuckkkkkkkkkkkk. All I can do is lift for now and that makes me happy :) so fuck it.
