Been running the Test E 400 in MCT at 100x2 a week. I draw/pin with a 25g 1” in the same glute every time and noticed over the last few weeks there’s a deep knot in the muscle that never goes away, I also can’t pin subq with it either as it leaves huge lumps for over a week.

Being .5cc a week this wouldn't happen with GSO. I’m simply rotating sites in less comfortable areas now and I’ll be using GSO based when it comes time for blasts. The MCT can be drawn with a 25g at room temp so it makes pinning easy and I’ll keep using it for the low dose stuff.

I have done both and my instructor always made a point to show us how wrestling was inferior to jui jitsu, but I think he was biased being a black belt
Of course he was biased. I think the best demonstration of this is that the majority of champions are high level wrestlers... What better evidence is there?? U have the best guys in the world of every type of combat, and all but what... 2 weight divisions... Have a wrestler with the belt?? And many of the top contenders also having a wrestling background? We are seeing it in action and who's winning these fights... This isn't in a gym with an instructor showing you, well if you know jui jitsu, this is how u can counter the wrestler in theory... What's the practical application??? We see it in the octagon... We see how it actually plays out regularly.

Dude, you gotta watch it. At least for 20 seconds. The action starts almost immediately

Imaging specialist. ER, OR, General, and trauma
I've been shot,stabbed bent and broken and none of it was a serious deal to me to be honest. But I cant stand to see other people all fucked up. Had to help out at a nasty traffic accident awhile back and I still have bad dreams. I have mad respect for people that are able to do that shit all day everyday.

@really small guy

Here my two shekels(racist I know :rolleyes:) Are you training him to be a cage fighter or are you training him to be a warrior ? The difference is sport or real world. Real world I’d go with Wrestling and Muy Thai. Obviously he will be training BJJ as well no good gym wouldn’t, so he will know his guard/chokes etc etc etc.
one last thing if he’s to be a true MMA practitioner he needs to know how to be a Gun fighter, It also is a Martial Art. Many don’t think that way but it is a fighting style all in its own. When he’s ready send him my way ;)

I would consider myself well above average with gun handling. Taken several courses from highly respected trainers

I would still let you teach me lol
