LHW. Weigh ins are morning of or late night before so no chance to do anything.
Then we decided on the national show. I’ve got 4 whole days between the first weigh in and the stage. If there’s a chance to make MW we have tons of time to fill back up.

I tried the vertical diet for a month. I liked it and was ready to eat everytime meal time came up. It wasnt that expensive either.

If you dehydrate and deplete to make a weight class you want to rehydrate and fill back up on carbs so that by the time you’re one stage you’re much bigger than other MWs and at an advantage.
