I used to do this shit every weekend. But then I got in a relationship and started forgetting the shit that was important to me. She went to 6 flags for the weekend and that gave me a chance to re-think my situation. I’ve been making everything about her which is fine, if I’m not letting what’s important to me fall short.
So I’m back on track now!
Too much work to maintain imo. Here’s my meal prep. 5lbs of chicken in crockpot + 2 batches of rice cooked in rice cookers every few days. Throw it in gallon storage bags and keep it in refrigerator ready to go. Need a meal, throw a bowl on the scale, weigh out your portion, throw in microwave and eat. Prep my work meals the night before, only takes a few minutes to weigh out a few Tupperware containers. I’d say I spend less than an hour a week on meal prep. This I can maintain.
