Do you recommend it?

Depends what you want to accomplish? You aren’t going to get Massive but you will get quality lean gains with only one real side I can “feel” and that’s mild night sweats.
I’d never give anyone a G2G but I’ve used 3 different sources from this board and I’ve dumped the other two.

I'm trying man. But it seems like even when everything is smooth something like this happens and i just don't get it.

If me on the board is an issue, if somebody could tell me why and i can't fix it i will gladly leave the board. After all, meso rules are what governs things here. But for the life of me i don't see where i have screwed anything up.

That doesn't get to be an excuse for my behavior.

You need to get and keep a hold on yourself. If you can't, you need to learn when to close the browser and just not engage.

Seriously, not an attack, but the board and it's members aren't here to cow to anyone's individual issues. Be truthful about shit and maintain your chill, most aren't here to troll you either.
