Can everyone stop rubbing in the corvettes and other ls generation cars.

I’m so jealous my balls hurt. Not even sure how it correlates. Is a jealous boner a thing?

Listen autos have their place. If you’re there for track times or a toy that doubles as a commuter, the Chevy ten speed in the Z06 is a fucking beast. Same for the mustangs and GTRs. The shift speed in a modified GTR trans is fucking mind blowing.

Oh indeed. It’s just not my cup of tea for a street car that I actually drag race a lot. Love shifting the car.

Planning on buying a 4th Gen Camaro roller for a dedicated race car. It will have a TH400 in it. Maybe one with only two gears. Haven’t planned it all out yet.

Number one option is memory seat settings for when momma drives the car and fucks up the seats, steering wheel and mirrors. Current ride I just push a button and it all resets. Plus the v8 and heated seats. Love it.

Only time a woman is in my drivers seat is if she’s giving me road head.

I drive not her. :D

Some of us live a more domesticated life. It’s a very good life IMHO. Just have to let momma enjoy the ride too.

Funny thing she loves driving the old ride. 05 F350. Chipped, etc...

Nothings been chipped since like 93, the rest is flashed :p eprom burning is long dead.

Oh and I don’t have fucking driver seat memory on my 14 ZL1 and it pisses me off.

I would wager the co produced Ford/GM mustang and camaro 10 spd auto is the best on the market. Its astoundingly aggressive when needed and smooth when you dont. I see them survive in 850+ hp applications with ease. Which is more than i can say for my MT82 6 spd. That 10 spd auto is what puts these cars in rare territory in 4 sec and under 0-60 times and under 12 sec 1/4 mile stock. Ford & GM did a helluva job together

Automatic transmissions have came along way. They lack that fun factor most of us want when we get in something sporty

I love my mt82 6 spd but i know its limited. It does work fine under normal circumstances but when i go the the strip it leaves some thing to be desired. And also has a pretty bad rep for not holding up well under a standard boosted mustang pushing 850 or more. Its slower than an auto w/o question but yes way more fun IMO. The 10 spd equipped mustang or camaro out classes cars in the 250k range.

Caroll shelby didnt say "ferraris ass is mine" for no damn reason:cool:

I’d still like to see one trim of each M variant kept to manual, defeatable ABS/stability control, with a RWD layout.

But that’s a pipe dream.

The dealership in my city mostly sells xDrive's / AWD's.

I'm actually grateful for this because the majority of people driving them are wealthy exchange students usually from China with not much winter driving experience. High performance car + winter + inexperienced driver + rwd = lol.

Manual 6 speed + RWD + LSD is my ideal drive but modern tech is just too good for anyone to make a car with those specs now. Electronic differentials, high end automatic transmissions, are just going to be way faster.

The crazy thing is, trying to buy an M variant of an older model (e30, e34, e36, e39) is absurdly expensive now compared to 10 years ago. E30 M3's are probably like 30k+ assuming the previous owner didn't absolutely wreck it. I wanted an E39 a couple years ago and even the non-M variant was going for around $10k! Those old cars are getting expensive as fuck.

Just buy me a 98 e36 m3 please!!!!
