Jealous. Mustang problems lol. I guess thats the trade off for the rowing lovers in a car thats priced about 8-10k cheaper than its competitor, the camaro. Im seeing a tremec in my future...this shit gets out of hand real quick $$$
I picked up my '18 S550 new last yr for 32k out the door. Since i dont have any debt i just scratched it in check form and hoped the wife wouldnt kill me over it.
Base lvl GT with the 6spd manual. Comes well equipped enough for my tastes. Even has a 4x4 small screen and a backup camera so im happy. I never cared for the doodad extras anyway. And thats the truth. Woulda been nice to get the track pack with the 3.73s, 6 piston brembos, upgraded 275 series rubber and magnetic ride control but didnt wanna fork out the extra 7k. I gave em what i had and no payments
. Hell yeah its a good deal. I think its actually Fords premiere engine. They underrate that coyote from the factory to preserve the 5.2 voodoo's standing in the lineup. I dyno'd mine and it made 415 to the rear and the dyno topped out at 6700 rpm. Well below my 7500 rpm redline. When you factor in typical drive train loss it makes alot more power than fords claimed 460 crank. It puts it closer to the 500 mark. 490 to be exact. Its open to interpretation tho.
