I got lucky(at least I think so) everything worked out for me and got pointed in the right direction by a VA worker. My rugged good looks and boyish charm won her over.

Broke a bone in my foot 4 weeks ago. Full fracture. Crutches, boot and now transitioning to med shoe. Another 2 weeks. Ended my summer cycle and some great momentum. Literally just healed a wrist and bi injury I'd has since early April and been working around.

Going to start some core and upper body next week. Watched summer goals go right in the shitter. Whatever. Just got through, heal and start again.
