Anyone have shoulder surgery? How long are you out of work for?
Out of work or out of commission. I had surgery upstate. It was a damn nightmare. The only good thiong I got from it was it was free, and they made sure they cut me off the pain medication after the 3rd day. No rehab or anything for it. I am really actually surprised how good of a job was done on it. Torn rotator cuff on right shoulder in a riot, correctional officers fucked my shit up. But yeah with no rehab and only a very minute movement, it was about 6months before I was doing burpies again.

Out of work. Cortisone shots are not helping anymore.

And if I’m out of work on short term, first thing I plan on doing is start lifting weights again lol

Never had cortisone shots, I used to compete snowboarding for 8 years have a couple buldged discs and a fractured coccyx that fused inward. Had spine injections and few other treatments. Cortisone shots were always just a temporary solution to a long term problem for me. During the time I had all the issues I was heavily medicated so I think that cortisone shots were probably recommended but would have probably done next to nothing. I know that like anything your body builds a tolerance to it and each session becomes more and more ineffective. Where’s the problem spot at??

So I’m two weeks into that tren NPP rotation. Plan was 3 tren 2 NPP repeat. Tren is doing that evil thing where it keeps telling me to take more and go longer lol. I might make a compromise with it. I still don’t see what the benefits would be doing what I’m doing. Just as the tren truly kicks I pull the plug and start the NPP. There might be a slight over lap where the two work well together. After that I just don’t see it. My original plan with the 3/2 would yield a total of 13 weeks. What do you think of adjusting that to 5/2 for 14 weeks.

I know the question wasn’t addressed to me, but have you considered using TrNE or Tren E. Instead of acetate. This way you can actually reap the benefit of it because the tren base will start working instantly, and with the enanthate it will build and still be there in the blood while using the NPP, and in theory should still be in even by the time you switch back to it. Anyhow thought I would CHIME IN.

Right shoulder. Just hurts like hell. If you bend your elbow (first towards chest) and raise it up there is a lot of discomfort.

I can feel the pain in the actual joint on the side closest to my chest

Is the evil thing you speak of where tren makes you super strong and horny and overall a badass alpha?
