I’m just taking the 2ius at night for fat loss and it’s working. My belly fat is slowly disappearing(wasn’t much to begin with) I can almost see some abs.
The down side is my hands hurt in the morning and are swollen until I get some movement in them. I’m only at 8 weeks so I expect to see some faster results now that I’m at the time it really kicks in.

Did you start out at 2 iu’s or did you work up to that? Is that the only time you’re experiencing the pain, or are you starting to notice it during the day? Is it like carpal tunnel pain? Are you noticing any growth or overall feeling better?

Did a shit ton of yard work this morning - other'n picking up a 5 gallon bucket of landmines from the dogs, I enjoy the hell out of it.

I started running this amsoil 2 stroke oil (saber?) at 100:1 in all my stihl stuff a couple years ago. Works slicker'n snot. Also pulled the spark arrestors out of all my small engines & adjusted the fueling to compensate. My neighbors probably hate me at 8 in the morning, but they run like a sewing machine - nothing smells better than a 2 smoker.

It's fuckin' ridiculous. It wasn't a flush 5 gallons, but at least 4. It's baking in the trash bin right now, otherwise I'd take a pic for you I caught my oldest taking a dump under his swingset the other day, so probably some of his in there, too. He's the same one that I caught pissing in the sink when a proper toilet was 3 feet away.

I have some retarded dogs - once they dry out in the sun they eat it like beef jerky. Same thing in the winter I'll let them out before bed and catch 'em both eating each other's poopcicles.

I scold them, but they both give me that million yard cross-eyed stare like they sort of realize what they just did, but nothing changes.
