For any of you who offered advice on my bitcoin fuck up last night, I appreciate the help. Incase anyone ever makes that mistake in the future I was able to retrieve the bitcoin fairly easily. The bitcoin is back in my Jaxx btc wallet and I didn’t even lose any coin in the whole mess. Thanks again for anyone who offered assistance.

I want to take full credit for finding the error originally as the bch/btc mix up. My reward will be your gratitude. Ohhhmmmmmmm.
 
Update - broken foot healed. No more boot or crutches. Fucked my summer plans...kids/family some as well as fitness. Started training again. Managed to maintain a good amount of muscle despite having to drop previous cycle flat just as it was starting to shine.

So decided to lean up and cut. Given muscle memory and drug choice (tren in there) an otherwise hard cut will wind up being closer to recomp so that works fine. Cleaned diet last week. Feel good and taking the weights slow. I'll leave gains on the table before I take an injury rehabbing this.

Not a heavy cycle but will get the job done and I'll enjoy learning out at least:
Test E 500mg weekly
Deca 400mg weekly
Tren A 350mg weekly
Winny 50mg ED starting in two or three weeks
T3 50mcg ED (added in edit)

Will wrap up end of September and salvage what I can. Had wanted to run deca and tren together sometime so now I get my chance. Had planned a long primo cycle next but I'll have to see where I'm at.

Mind the injury, go slow, and you should be great. You running any hgh? Might help rehab that bone.

I may sound like a dick or maybe I missed something but not the best choices of compounds for leaning out and to end this cycle in 7 weeks your not even going to really get any benefit from the deca. Change that to TPP and NPP and that would be a good cycle. Run that for 12-16 weeks with the tren A at the end and now you have yourself a good bulk cycle. Just my opinion. Do you buddy.

Edit. The NPP and tpp would be for the 7 weeks. The original cycle you wrote would be for 12-16.

Squatted bodyweight with a band, 135, and 205 last 3 workouts....more worried about ankle than strength so going slow and 225 is next and expand volume some. I don't rush shit anymore. Been down the healing path too many times. So slow and steady to win.

Bone is healed up and calcified. Ran deca along with test for my impromptu cruise so just increases both and added tren for my cycle. My fricking coinbase account is locked (always fucking something, never easy with them) so I need a webcam etc...to get access. Had considered HGH but no bitcoin and need to save money after putting in a pool and running WAY over budget (plus engagement, moving fiancee and her kids in etc...).

I do have another order when I can get my shit together though and get into coinbase. Not sure if it will be hgh or just flesh out my primo and orals more (I'm a bit of a hoarder).

Was thinking 6 months of HGH in 2020 to test the waters. I'm mid 40s so could see some decent benefits. 2iu 5 on 2 off or as work/travel allows (on when home).

Good catch but longer story. Deca has been in me for 6 weeks already for injury. I ramped it and test up last two weeks for blood levels to hit this week when I started tren a. Will be 14 weeks total minimum.

This is also a fucked cycle. Original plan blew apart on Fathers Day so this is a bit piecemeal and salvaging at this point with what I have in me. It's a hard cut but I won't be targeting mega lean appearance. I'll get rehabbed, add some muscle back just from training again, drop some good fat, get my base strength back and have some fun salvaging what I can from a plan that blew up 6-7 weeks ago and is not at all salvageable by original goals and timeline. Best I can do kind of.

What’s with the 5 on 2 off ? Aren’t we supposed to keep lvls constant ?
 
Some choose to do that to lengthen the run. Rehab/non abuse/wasting/med use info i have read has zero days off.
I have read that some think that the two days allows for natural gh production to start again. Also that the two days off helps with blood sugar levels. That being said i think keeping the dose at 2-3 ius negates all of this for the most part. Just what I have found in my research.
 
Wasn’t going to post until the end of her short run so here it goes..... I was a little worried because when I roidtested titters lady var it was inconclusive. It almost seemed to come back as methyltest. However, wifey did a quick short 5 weeker of 10mgs split daily with a 5mg taper on the last week and we are both very pleased. She PR’d on her press, deads, and squats. The run was similar to her previous 8 week run of var last year but was accompanied with a little bit of clit growth which at best was minimal. Just wanted to say thank you to TGI for the quality gear so far. I am becoming more and more excited for my winter bulk.
