I love playing golf. My drives are good. Not bad on the fairways, but my putting is atrocious. But I love to play. Used to go get a golf cart, 12 pack and play the 18 hole course twice.
Once hit a drive about 260 yards, and it bounced up to the green where a group was still putting. They were a little pissed. I apologized. 3 days later had to go to court for a traffic ticket. Damn judge was one of the guys in the group.
Lol don’t know if he recognized me but I sure as hell recognized him.

Ya ain’t no reason to play the course till you can drive the ball off the Tee. And then there is using the Irons from the fairway. I kinda look at it like this, some ppl have a knack for the game, and some ppl will never make contact with the ball. I’ve took a few friends for their first time. Usually spend more time looking for their ball than playing.

Lol my average drive is 300 plus. There’s a local course that has 2 par 4’s I can cut the corner and drive the green. I piss people off all the time lol. Then when I roll up and my big ass gets out of the cart and say “my bad” they usually say oh man it’s cool nice drive lmfao. Yes I’m a prick on the course because I hit the ball far af!
