What a dick:D

Never had them. I honestly don’t get what “pumped” lower back feels like. You say pumped. Like tight and hurting then goes away?

I’d say it’s a tight, dull pain across your back somewhat reminiscent of the feeling in your quads after doing a burnout set on leg extensions. Immediate relief begins to come as soon as you lay down and relax the back muscles. Then get up do another set and it all starts over again.

Yeah I guess that’s pretty much the feeling. Couldn’t sleep worth a shit last night. Any way to help with them besides lower the dose? I’m at 75 Ed.
Yeah it fucking sucks. Almost like your lower back is locked up. It’s different from when it goes out from work or something.

Mine usually only happen during periods of strenuous activity involving the lower back muscles and then laying down and relaxing them allows the painful back pumps to subside. I’ve never had it while laying in bed to sleep. You may have a pinched nerve causing muscles to spasm and possibly cause your back pumps while laying down. I’m stumped. I don’t get them anymore but they used to be caused by tren ace and anavar.

Vagasil works wonders on pussies

I sit for a minute or two and do some stretching, mostly just deal with it. It’s nothing new for me, I live with chronic lower back pain.
Think you could send me some of yours?:D

I’ve been stretching before and after wo. I’m just getting over a 2 week back issue. But I’ve been on var 2 weeks so thought maybe it was causing the problem. I’ve had chronic back issues my whole life. This just felt different because it would come and go while laying down.
