Off topic but hey I learned from y’all lol ...

Any of you had the GOUT ? Foot pain is terrible , on two RX’s but doesn’t seek to be helping . And taking a cherry extract pill .

Any suggestions or advice , how long does it last ?

Is it diet related gout? To much red meat, beer, or seafood? I get the occasional flare, but mine is when I lose weight rapidly.

What RX are you on? allopurinol Worked for me but it takes 5-8 days before you’ll notice anything. Prednisone will provide some relief

colchicine and indomethacin .... it feels better this morning , not 100% better but better .

None of the above which is strange cause I heard of the weight loss , seafood , alcohol stuff ... idk [emoji2373]

Thanks for reply tho

I pulled my tendon doing deadlifts about a week or two ago. Tennis elbow pretty much. I heard if I do sub q peptide shot where it hurts it should heal quick. I take gh. I was wondering if it will work the same way. Thanks.

Which one? Know a guy who took tb500 and something else can’t remember. Did very little in his case. I believe @eje1990 can speak on this?
I think I had pretty decent results with it actually. But that was for a minor pec tear. But that's a little different than tennis elbow. The TB and BPC are more for tendon muscle injury. Idk if tennis elbow falls in that category? Seems more like a joint issue. Id dose a little deca if it seems like a joint issue (if B&C). But both peptides are good for tendon/ligament/muscle.

I hear ya about foot pain, I caught a case of plantar fasciitis and it is driving me nuts.
I went to the podiatrist and got a cortisone injection and the pain went away for about a month, it came back last week with full fury.

I am about ready to cut my foot off.

So pinning sub q gh probably won’t help I am thinking. I will get tb once a year. I don’t usually get them when I am on deca. Now I am cutting so need to be extra careful specially for heavy compound days.

The doc prescribed nitroglycerin patch to put directly on the point of pain for my tennis elbow..
He said the nitroglycerin would cause a rush of red blood cells to that area and it would accelerate the healing.

He also warned to cut the patch into 1/4's as they are very powerful, also explained that I may get a pounding headache which I did.
The patches did offer relief, but a series of stretches is what ultimately cured it.

Progen peptides does a BOGO every now an then so keep an eye out. You'll have to look into it but you can do a TB maintenance dose (vs a recovery dose) once a week with benefits.
